Our office is in the heart of Burlingame on the corner of Primrose Road and Douglas Avenue. We are directly across the street from Burlingame City Hall and a short walk from the library.
Do you have a parking lot?
We have a small parking lot located on the Primrose side of our building. There is also street parking.
What are your hours?
Monday: 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00am-3:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm
Which insurance companies are you in-network with?
We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier but can submit to any PPO insurance plan as an out of network provider. Please feel free to contact our office with any insurance questions.
Do you submit to Medicare?
Unfortunately, we do not submit to Medicare or supplemental Medicare plans.
